Members Page - Filter for Users without a specific Role

I really like the new members page and the information you get from there. The possibilty to filter for users with a specific role was also aviable at the old members page. But I think to go a step further and give us also the possibilty to filter for people without a specific role would be neat. 

I'm sure there are some cases where the option of an advanced roel filter would be very useful.

Here are some examples how this advanced role filter could look like

    Was wanting to see how many people were just lurking in the new user channel of a paid membership server, and I could only filter by roles that exist, and not by lack of all roles. Very frustrating.
