Hi, 

Can someone tell me what's going on?

I opened the ticket 4 hours ago. It is listed as open, but when you go to the details of the report it is listed as "solved".

I have no idea how to reach them, even their support is broken lol.

  I got the same issue, not even getting a reply to tell me why the account is disabled

  The same I do. Zero response, they close the application immediately. But what's the surprise, as at these works do not work normal people just some shi**y bots :)
