Discord Hotkey can't be Disable or Change

It is a long lived problem.
Some Discord Default Hotkey Conflict with other, but there is no way to disable it or change the keybind.
How can I do that, or is there a add-on to disable it?

Example: In game keybind conflict with Soundboard Keybind [Ctrl+`] , everytime I press that, the guys in voice chat will be annoy by it.
