Permission to disable markdown

Hi everyone,

In the last few weeks I came across multiple hacked accounts who are sending messages with a link to a phishing site in it. This was done using markdown. They did the following: [real-site<dot>com](phishing-site<dot>com).

It would be great to have a permission to decide which user can use markdown and which can't. This could reduce the amount of phishing attacks and hacked accounts.

There is a post from 6 months ago but it looks like Discord hasn't done anything with it. It is very important that this will be fixed!
