The "Did You Know" splash message on opening Discord is displayed too briefly to read
When opening the Discord URL https://discord.com/channels/@me in a browser, a "DID YOU KNOW" message displays in the center of the screen.
In about 2 seconds, this splash message is removed and replaced by the home screen with my Discord channels on the left side of the screen, ready for me to select a channel to view. 2 seconds is not nearly enough time to read most of these "DID YOU KNOW" messages.
Please consider providing any or all of the following in User Settings, whatever is easiest to implement and test:
1. Set the number of seconds this splash message will appear.
2. Cancel switching to the home screen if a mouse click, tap, or any key press occurs while the splash message is displayed and provide a "Continue to Discord" button.
3. Suppress this message entirely so Discord will open directly on the home screen.
4. Change the "DID YOU KNOW" message to "Loading Discord..." with no additional variable message.
