Contacted support, didn’t receive an email.
I recently contacted support for an appeal on an age restricted server. However, I haven’t received any email confirming that they received my email. I usually get a “We just want to confirm that we’ve received your message.” I checked my junk and spam folder, but to no advil. Unfortunately because of this, I’m guilty of emailing them about this a couple times not thinking it went through. Did they stop doing that? How do I fix this?

I think I have the same problem as you.
Since November 2, my Account has been deactivated, I don't know why, probably the age limit I suppose, just like you.
I opened a first ticket, or support instructed me to open another ticket in the category "Appeals & Age Update Requests" -> "Appeal an action taken on my account or bot" -> "An action taken on my account".
Except, unfortunately, since that moment, that I opened this new ticket, Support no longer gives a response, even though I reissue the ticket every week.
All my attempts to contact Discord Support resulted in either asking me to re-open a ticket as above or silence.
I would like to believe that they have many tickets to manage, but 3 weeks without giving a response or even a sign that they would take care of my request, it is as if we are invisible to them.
If you have an answer, I'm interested too.
