Emote/Sticker Blacklist

A way to blacklist certain emotes or stickers from popping up in the emote menu and emote search would be great. Blacklisting by server would also be useful. There are too many emotes from servers that I am in that I would never want to use and they just clog up the emote and sticker menu when I scroll through it. A blacklist feature would allow users to customize their emote and sticker menu better.
