Just got charged $99 on my card for Nitro, requested a refund and denied?
So I pay monthly for Nitro, I checked my bank statement and saw I was charged for the year instead of for the month. I put in a ticket to support requesting a refund and read the guidelines for putting a request in. I met the criteria which is I have never submitted a refund and it was within the 5-day window. I get a generic email copy and paste telling me my request was denied. I emailed them back and no response so then I put in another ticket asking why. Same copied and pasted the response saying my request was denied.
Is there anything I can do from here?
