terrible ui change

The UI change is terrible. It's unintuitive and clunky. The large changes from the desktop format make it incredibly hard to navigate. I fought with the app to figure out how to see the online list, and then had to fight to get out of the menu because there was no indicator of how to move with the new changes. The change in swipe left has now made it too easy to reply to messages, and instead of intentionally doing it I have to cancel it instead of being able to quickly communicate or doing it the original way. And it's made redundant by the fact that you can still do it the old way by long-pressing on a message. Change this back.
