Vote to kick out GC members

I really suggest that you guys should add a feature where you can vote to kick out members from a GC. Why? Well, sometimes creators of a GC have banned accounts. There could be a possibility of a problematic person in the group causing trouble, but the rest of the people wanna keep the GC. There wouldn't be any way for the members to get rid of the problematic member. That's why I feel like there should be a voting system on if they should be kicked out or not. The votes are also based off of how many people vote “yes” or how many people vote “no”. If there's a tie, then it would be a no, but I also agree there should be a cool down for it. (Cool down part is optional)
