Sending pictures on mobile wont work bc of new UI

When im trying to send pictures on ANY server dc decides to send them into private conversations! I send one meme to a random person with i havent talk for a week THREE TIMES trying to send it on a server meme channel with various attemps. It just wont let me post ANY photos on ANY server with ANY way! Its just outrageous bc private messages are in completly separated section now!

    I help moderate a social support server. A picture that was meant for the server instead going to a family member or “friend” could absolutely get someone killed. How does this even happen!?
