Webp Support

Add .webp support when uploading images, emojis, avatars it's way better than gif, which is outdated. GIF still looks quite old and makes the user experience worse. In my opinion webp looks way better the quality and also just the frames in general  making it standout more than a old technique to render images. It's like one of the oldest formats, it also  offers smaller file sizes as well.

    I too would like this feature. Gifs suck, WEBP and APNG are so much better.

    Hopefully at least someday Discord will add support for the webp format. Because gif weighs more and has a limited number of colors. I don't understand why Discord hasn't added WEBP or APNG support yet

    My friends also complained about using GIFs - a somewhat annoying experience. I think more changes need to be made so that users have the best experience when using slope game.
