"Dubai" VoIP Region Not Prefered by Automatic Region Selection

There have been some posts on here and other places like Reddit about the "Dubai" VoIP Server, but none delved into much detail or addressed some of the issues ill explain.

The server has been there for years now. Yet, it's still not listed as an option to manually override to. This is the biggest and most annoying issue here. I see no point in hiding it. The Middle East region would highly benefit from this, especially because of the second issue below.

The second issue is about how automatic region selection works with the Dubai server specifically. It sometimes prioritizes other servers like Frankfurt or Singapore, despite them having significantly higher ping than Dubai. The behavior varies channel to channel, sometimes it's Dubai, others it isn't. Here are two screenshots of two different channels taken from the same computer.

This isn't just me, many of my friends in the region are complaining about it too. This inconsistent behavior is annoying. I'm not certain this if is only happening with the Dubai server, or if auto region selection is broken. Either way, it should get looked into and fixed fast. This problem has been there for a long while. 

Note that this also happens for video streams, not just voice. But they don't always happen together, sometimes video is on Dubai and Audio is on another server, or vise versa.
