False report , disabled my account

My account disabled for a false report by a random person in a server , i work as a moderator there , now i have to deal with this problem because of a person reported to discord without even any proof and now my only account that got all my friends and even my nitro will go on waste because of this and i have to contact asap to à supporter since i only have 13 day now..please i only want my account since it is my only account that has my friends and idk what to do since discord kept ignoring my emails and messages in twitter
