Voice Chat Region Suggestion: United Kingdom

Possible Cities: London / Cardiff / Manchester / Liverpool

Having a region closer to us would help with the latency. The closest region to me and my group is Rotterdam, but we would find a UK region one to be faster, as some members of my group have bad broadband speeds, so cutting down the distance would be very handy. Not just for my group, but for other people too. 
(Yes, people could use a bot to access the API to do it, but it would be handy on the dropdown list)
