POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! Is there someone here that refund request is Done or they refund it?

    I requested a refund for the unauthorized purchases and its been 5 days and all they did is disable my account and gave me steps to enable it and they promised that they would forward it to the team for further investigation. Right now I'm still waiting and hoping.

    Since every step “forward” is a step back, they should be giving out mandatory refunds to everyone.  Jesus H. Christ: the app gets worse with every, single update.  

    They make all of these promises and the only meaningful changes are the steps backwards they make a CHANGES IN FONT.

    I haven't received any updates on the status of the refund, and I'd like to know when I can expect it. Badland

    I got mine refunded already, it was 13 days till they finally processed it. When i contacted discord support from facebook they just told me not to overupdate the ticket so it wont go to bottom que and just wait patiently.
