Lost account due to email change
I had my old Discord account hacked, and the person who hacked it changed the associated email, so I cannot log in to my account or change the password. I sent a ticket, but the team is not responding, and it's been a month since this happened.
I need urgent access to the old account; otherwise, I'm going to lose access to information stored in one of the groups I was a member of.
I have proofs of the hacking, so I can confirm my identity and ownership of the old account, but I don't know what else to do in order to recover it.

Hey there, something similar happened to me and it took me around 2 months to get it back. You should wait till your ticket gets solved to perhaps submit a new one with the “Yes” on the “Did you receive an E-mail….”, it seemed to be the problem with most of us.
