Give the option of deleting the call message.

Exactly as per the title, it would be nice to also be able to delete the message that appears at the end of a call, as well as other messages!

    I think offering an option to "hide" call logs instead of deleting them completely would be much better. This would allow users to declutter their chat history while preserving a record if needed.
