Server Folders are nigh-on impossible to parse visual

Currently the server folders are an eyesore, for each folder the colours are overshadowed by the tiny and detailed icons of each server. The 4 server icons previewed appear absolutely tiny on top of the folder.

And then because I have many folders of servers each with a handful of servers in them, all the server folder have ended up doing is making my entire server list an inscrutable torrent of tiny icons with hard to see colours behind them.

So my current workflow is I stick my cursor into the mess and move it up and down reading the folder names that pop up and just ignoring the cluster of tiny icons.

Possibly some of this is exacerbated by my colour blindness? At any rate, if I could choose my own icon for server folders, or could choose not to have the preview of the servers within the folder, I would.
