Input Sensitivity and Maximum Volume QoL

Hello!
Firstly, love the software my friends and I use it everyday.

Input Sensitivity Issue: 
Sometimes it is difficult to read exactly where the input value is maxing out making it difficult to set your baseline/floor level manually. 

• Solution: 
  Make a vertical bar that lasts for… let's say 1.5s at the greatest value so we can see it and manually adjust easier.

Maximum Volume Issue: 
Sometimes my friends (and I) get a little to spirited while playing and have “oh SH*T!” moments. During these times the settings that I have them at (so I can clearly hear their normal speaking volumes) are WAY too high to handle this increased volume and it feels like my ears have been flash-banged.

• Solution:
  Allow us to set a Maximum Volume Threshold which should, once triggered, temporarily lower the volume of that user.
  • Nice to Haves:
    Let us set the amount it lowers the volume of each user separately as some people don't get quite as loud as others.
