Underage ban

So after reading some posts here i see that there is a lot of people here that have been falsely banned for being underage.

I was wondering if discord deletes the accounts that have been disabled, I've read that some people get their accounts deleted after 30 days but I've also seen people that get their account back after 2 months.

Maybe they changed the time that it takes for the account to get deleted? cause I've heard that they are getting a big influx of tickets due to this bans.
I've recently been banned cause of a joke on a discord server and i don't mind waiting 2 months to get unbanned as long as my account doesn't get deleted :|

    I've been waiting for 12 days and i had heard that the average response time was 7-10 days :(

    Could you write how many potentially new tickets you created in those 12 days?

    How many times did you add content under the ticket? 

    As they reply to you and help please you to share under this post updates so as not to confuse people greetings!

    Got mine back after 32 days (today), the queues are long but if you follow the instructions they will reinstate it. Make “update my age” request and give them a photo with your id, your face and discord username. The e-mail they sent has the info you need, make ONE ticket, upload the picture on it and just wait.

    So no updates as of now (14 days).

    I’m glad people aren’t getting their accounts deleted, that really calmed my nerves.

    Ive sent 2 tickets in day one cause I forgot to send the selfie but the second one got closed so I just added the selfie on the comments of the first ticket.

    Sometimes I add comments under the ticket but only funny things, I’m not trying to be need to people just doing their job, it’s not their fault discord is understaffed.

    I'm not sure if its true, but adding excessive comments on the ticket might update it and kick you to back of the line, so refrain from doing that, too.

    I’ll stop doing that then XD I heard on a YouTube video that it’s good to comment but I guess no one knows

    I got an automatic response around an week in, saying that the ban is justified, twice and this after I sent my id

    I'm in my 20s and it said that. I think that it might be because it's also expired, since last year. but I really don't think that's the case
