Blocking an account less than 13 years old.
You are under the age of thirteen or the age of digital consent in your country.
On June 16, 2024, I suddenly got blocked with the reason allegedly being under 13 years old.
I open a Ticket in support and a support person with the nickname "Nelly" closes my support calls within 30 minutes.
He doesn't answer the request and closes it.
I don't understand what the problem is to reply, I sent everything as it should be:
*e-mail and a photo of me, passport and a sheet with my nickname.
But this character still closes my requests, no matter how hard I try, opening a new ticket, it closes within 30 minutes.
I request a normal support agent to check and respond to my appeal, for 2 days now my account is banned and my appeals are closed.
