I've been falsely banned for being underaged and I do not have an ID

It's been 32 days since my ban, I am 18 and was banned for being underage. I don't have a card (I have a paper ID) I won't get a card for about a month. I provided as much evidence that I am 18 as I could (it should be enough) with no reply yet. what do I do?

    ask if you can use a birth certificate or school ID (i used school ID last time i was banned and they accepted it)

    Usually Discord accounts are deleted after 30 days, I managed to get an ID from the DMV after the 30 days had passed but my account was not yet deleted for some reason, I think its because I kept a ticket opened constantly. I managed to recover the account 40 days after the ban. Thanks to anyone who tried to help!
