    I read that making multiple tickets or commenting on them all the time might update it and kick you back, but nobody knows for sure. I'd guess probably not since your request has a ticket number on it, just stop making new tickets and commenting on them.

    The one you should have is the age update request and it should have a picture of you attached with you, your ID and your discord username, all on one picture. 

    The queues are long and are getting longer because people keep spamming dozens of tickets on the same issue.

    If it helps, I got my account back 32 days after I made my ticket for updating my age information.

    Thanks for the answer :) the problem is that even for a general question I didn’t get a respond, in other email i got. Maybe they added my mail to the spam list? Because for any of my tickets I didn’t even get a response, even not from the bots. Other email of mine got respond to age in 20 days, told them to check here and they just keep closing the ticket every 2 days. I don’t know what to do anymore at this point…

    As far as I know, the e-mail support is closed for now and the bot “Nelly” automatically closes them, they only seem to accept requests through the “submit a request” system on this website. 

    Don't worry dude, they will get around to it eventually, unfortunately the queues are just so long right now. As long as the age update request issue is “open" you'll be fine, you just have to wait.

    I mean that they don't accept e-mails, the only requests they take are through the “submit a request” button on this website.

    I see. This is what i did. Why it takes so long tho? I’m scared that they pushed me to the back of the queue because i opened alot of tickets. The weird thing is that for every other mail i sent them i got a response. From general support it took roughly an hour average. But i have one general support ticket with no response for 8 days. I think they marked me as spam and just ignores my ticket. Nelly checked my last ticket that i opened 2 days ago, closed it, i reopened it, and to this day the ticket is still opened. So I don’t know what’s wrong
