Outraged by Discord support

There are many users who have lost their accounts for activating the two-step 2FA factor, it seems absurd to me that the support response is to delete an account that may contain valuable information for the user. In my personal case, I have a community of 5,000 people in a discord group, and I managed to get the backup codes, but I left it in a discord group where I was the only one. I want to emphasize that a group created to be public, I was recently asking to be given the link to that public discord to access like any other user with a normal invitation and they denied it to me for privacy protection. What privacy protection? We are talking about a discord that I created for the purpose of being public and that would act as an emergency plan in case I lost the codes from my pc that was formatted without my consent.
