LAG Issue

Whenever I try to screen share in Discord, a significant lag makes it almost unusable. The video is choppy and there's a noticeable delay between what's happening on my screen and what my property maintenance London friends see. I have a decent internet connection, so I'm unsure why screen sharing lags so much. Do you have any tips on how to improve the performance of screen sharing in Discord?
