Reduce staff as you have incompetents working in support
For the first time, I was banned from my account due to an erroneous determination that I was under 13 years old. I would not have written this post, but I burned out the fact that a support employee WITHOUT CONSENT PUTS THAT THE PROBLEM HAS BEEN SOLVED, I really need help, but the support staff seems to be playing dota 2 instead of solving issues with users who NEED HELP
