Nonsense infractions impossible to appeal
Someone knows why I can't stop getting nonsense infractions for “hateful conduct” for messages that are clearly not hateful and I can't appeal them? I'm not joking, I even received an infraction 3 days later of getting another infraction for that same message and my account got limited and muted.
When I try to appeal something, the issue gets automatically “solved”, without even getting an answer.

Well, that's impossible. Just keep trying. I got the same issue when I got my main account back from the "i accidentally reported you" scam 2 days ago, and my main account got "very limited" for the financial scams rule, and it was the hacker's fault for doing so, so I decided to submit a ticket about this. So far the first ticket for my action appeal got no reply yet. If it doesn't work, I'll submit another ticket. Should I do that or no? Because I just noticed that a lot of people aren't even talking about this "limited/very limited" issue going on which is trying to submit an appeal for an action that caused a Discord account to be limited/very limited/at risk/suspended. I mean, I don't know if revoking a report means appealing an action or not, because I put "I want to revoke a report for my main account" as the title for my first appeal ticket for my main account that got "very limited" due to the scam. Also, I'm also scared of my account getting banned/suspended if further illegal actions continue for my main account in the future.

Have you tried reaching out to support through a different channel or escalating the issue? Sometimes direct contact or grinchcostume additional details can help get a clearer response.
