They marked it as solved for a reason, for me 2 months ago I accidentally send multiple tickets by the same issue of my account were hacked by a impersonator and all of them were marked solved. Its not just you, its thousands of people are getting their tickets marked solved and a small percent of people got their accounts back for weeks or months.
Have you know why did you get banned for underage?

yes, it says I'm 3 years old if I don't update my age in 30 days my account will be deleted :D

I feel bad for you, I heard posts about people was joking about their age and got disabled an hour or day later.
My account is hacked for 2 months. Today my request said “Awaiting for reply” while it will escalate the ticket, I will be patient for my request. 🙂
If discord support didn't respond, try reopening it, if its marked solved a day later, try creating a new ticket.
While you created a ticket, make sure to follow discord support instructions, they said you need to take a picture of yourself holding a piece of paper and your id (any id) with your date and birth, and once you put the attachments on your ticket, create it.0
