Option to enable/disable which devices have continuously active pop-up notifications

This has been brought up a couple times before, but basically when a user has Discord open on mobile and desktop at once (as an example), pop-up notifications would usually only appear on desktop, thought that’s not always the case, as sometimes notifications won’t appear if doing certain actions such as watching a video on full screen. And while Discord has a feature that sends pop-up notifications on the mobile app while inactive on desktop, it’s not quite efficient when it comes to timing and functionality. Furthermore, I think it would be great, and I’m sure many would also agree, if there was a setting where you can choose whether to enable or not pop-up notifications to appear in certain devices at once even when both (or more) are open or closed, or also whether to only show pop-up notifications when the app is open in certain devices.
