My ideas. Check post, please! ✌️

My talking points on ideas for Discord:

Preface: I hope you will support my "reforms" of our wonderful social network!

1. Increase user privacy and stop implementing trackers for snooping (or at least ask if people want to provide absolutely all their data). I believe that, for example, data such as phone number need not be provided / can be provided at will, but without phone number you can't access some servers and the account will be considered not fully verified...... I think an alternative to this problem is needed. Tell me, why does the platform administration need my phone number? Why can't I verify my account any other way than email, password, and authenticator (I believe that the authenticator function with updatable codes should be the primary function of account security). In general, I believe that Discord takes over a huge amount of a person's sensitive data, inferior to its competitors in the privacy parameter... If I may, I can name social networks where user privacy is taken care of at least one step more. This proposal was created to improve the privacy protection system and create easier settings to protect your Discord account

2. I would like to be able to pay for Nitro from the territory of the Russian Federation again, if not through Google Play - at least through other platforms (I would name social networks that have been able to do that... But I'll get around to it).

3. I would like to see the function of issuing a unique code instead of a user password, small and to remember, to log in to your account and further (for example, it can consist of different kinds of phrases), as well as the return of the tagging system and interface from 126.21 Stable / similar to this version.

4. Do not limit freedom of speech and pluralism of opinion, including social conflicts. Social conflicts are normal, but according to the ToS all people should love each other as if they were blindfolded. I have nothing against that, but we should not limit freedom of speech. People are all different, they can conflict.

This is a proposal to update the terms of use, the social network rules, make them softer…

5. My last idea: Change/remove the reputation system. I don't know honestly how it can be changed, but in my opinion, the reputation system will not make a person kinder, I'm sure of it. Besides, I myself have gotten a reputation downgrade just for being a member of the server (which doesn't even fit the punishment about "violent extremism"). Just for being a member of the server. What an injustice.
