The forum moderators need to ban Arkanoid (ban spammers, part 2)

Ever since my post calling for University to be banned, that user has largely been inactive. But now, one user who was calling for their ban was Arkanoid, who wanted the user banned because they were taking up their spots to spam referral codes. Arkanoid is now the new prolonged spammer and thus needs to be banned immediately to send a message
