Muting a Channel should suppress all of its pings

Muting a channel still remains its ping rights, where any person can @everyone or @role or even directly @you at it and you will be pinged.

The only way to suppress pings is to mute a whole server, which is undesireable in many cases.

You can mute a channel's notification and it makes no sense that doing so doesn't also immediately mute pings.
