[MUCH REQUESTED FEATURE] Friend Favourites/Categories & Chat Pinning

Upon perusing similar posts since 4 years ago, I'm sure I speak on behalf of the majority the Discord community when I say, “please allow users to create friend categories and pin chats”! Seeing how Discord is a software based on categorisation (servers, channels, roles, tags, bot functions), it's surprising how the concept of categorising friends, which requires a simpler code than server management options, hasn't been realised yet. 

As for pinning DM chats, I believe all users would welcome this feature. I'm sure we've all experienced the struggle of locating a specific chat or friend whom we haven't reached in ages. Life happens but real mates stay close without weekly contact, and many of us prefer seeing the ones that matter the most pinned at the top. A supplementary feature would be to enable tag categorisation of friends (popular e.g. HS, uni, work, JP-EN, genshin, CS 2). I think either having a list of all categories, or having a dropdown box would work well. Allowing multiple tags for one user like with roles would make sense too.

Please consider this, the community will be forever grateful! 

Also why are there so many individual report/ban cases in this feedback forum?
