account got suspended twice?

Recently, my account got suspended for it being under the age limit although I'm almost 17. I sent discord a request to look through it. I sent 2 of them and they both say they've been opened. Some hours ago, as I was looking through my email in hopes from hearing back from Discord, I got an email from them. I hoped it'd be good news but they told me my account got suspended once again for the same exact reason. Does anybody know why this is happening? I'm really disappointed in Discord.
