Discord Support is very unhelpful

Discord Support, if you are reading this, check this through THOROUGHLY.

I got my account banned a month ago, and I have submitted at least 15 tickets asking to get my account back, but all I am met with is a Clyde response. Discord support has done nothing to alleviate the situation. To maintain posterity in this situation is nigh impossible after negligence continues to leach into the ticket system. I have tried for days on end to get contact on social media, and whenever I do get contact it's usually either the basic message or someone telling me they “can't do anything", which is a complete lie since this situation has happened before, and people have gotten their accounts back. It is ridiculous and unfair that I have to be subjected to a miserable system that seemingly gets worse by the day. After all, there had to be input on my end for it to happen, but to constantly shun me away and refuse to help in the slightest is completely unacceptable and very frustrating.

    Same issue here, my account recently got deactivated for being 13- (im not) and every single ticket wich i try to proof my age some bot or idk say ‘’Looks like smthing is missing'' but dont tell what is missing, and when i contact they to fix this another automatic system reply me, i tryed on X but dont work too, my account prob will be deleted if they dont do something soon

    I got my account compromised from a scam, 19 tickets and still doesn't do anything

    Is this what you always respond? A Clyde message? Just revert my email already

    My best bet is to reach out to general questions and ask if your appeals or hacked tickets got caught in a spam filter

    Seriously, I've tried appealing 15 times and all I got are bot responses instead of an actual human reviewing my case

    I had got contact with the scammer twice, and he changed the email again on early July. For those of you did the same as me, did you get your accounts back?
