Account Deactivated for using a vpn and proxy

so i use a vpn on my phone at school to use discord when i can, and i use a web proxy on my school laptop to use it aswell
yesterday i clicked on an invite link my friend sent me and it booted my off my account after i solved a captcha and it told me to authorize it by going to my email

i cant use the link on my phone since the vpn doesnt allow me to so i send it to myself through email and i click the link on my web proxy on my laptop, then it deactivates my account 

this is my first time using support and i didnt have an account here and i didnt know i had tickets going through cause i thought they'd show up on my email

i accidentally made alot of tickets, but today i responded to them saying to close them and i made another one 

i'm really scared i wont get a reply because i accidentally made lots of tickets and im scared  that they'll ignore my new one and my account will get deleted

i cant lose this account cause i have a lot of personal info on it and i have friends on their i only talk to through this app

does anybody know how long they take with appeals and if they will respond to my ticket?
