I Got Hacked & Discord Still Won’t Help, it’s extremely sad

I Played the waiting game for over a month so far, I was patient. Only sent one ticket. Waiting for a response. Provided all the details & proof of me being scammed, and the hacker trying to get my bank info. 
I tried my best to believe that discord would help me, but I am completely detested, and sad, cause while I know that it takes time for some others to get their account back while other get it back In minutes. I am one of the unlucky ones, and no matter how patient I am I feel like discord is not even going to help me. 
Is it quite sad cause I love discord and I love using it. I’ve been using discord for years now, and I would just like my account back. 
To explain, 

Someone reached out to me, a friend, saying they “accidentally” reported my account for fraud. To which they told me to message this bot, and explain the situation so that my account won’t be deleted. I was innocent and i didn’t want to lose my account so I listened. And the person seemed very legit, it even seemed they were like a program or something, that helps with discord support. And I never faced this problem before because I never did anything wrong before. So I paniced and did what the so said supposedly “discord support bot” said. And I gave my email address and even legal name, and number, and they changed my email address, as to “keep it secure” which I ask them when would I be able yo change it back and they said after I am proven innocent. So I listen. And like a moron they scammed me. They even asked for my bank info.. So I got locked out of my account and I didn’t understand what I even am supposed to do, until someone else whom faced the same problem I saw from here, they helped me and my situation. They are trying to help guide me but even he is frustrated because he sent a very professional and detailed way to word what happened to me and he had to try writing it another way because of discord not answering or thinking it’s spam. It’s sad that discord has this whole support thing here which is to help you, but if anything he’s the one whom I received the most help from. 

I send in a ticket, wait for a response which discord, sends the same automatic response only to immediately mark my ticket as “solved” so I respond to their bot messages saying this does not help and provide the very much detailed information of me getting scammed. And then they sometimes respond if I’m lucky with “we can’t help you unfortunately if none of these work” and then they mark my ticket as solved immediately. So then I am left with no choice but to create a new ticket. And then even try wording it differently with the help of my friend. And yet still the same thing happens and now I have created over 30 tickets I created yes you heard right 30 tickets. And that’s not because I creat tickets all in one. No that’s because I create a ticket, leave it don’t create another. And wait for a response and receive the automated message or them hopefully escalating my ticket but then they close  it, so I follow up with a response from that same ticket to which they the still, close the ticket. So i have no choice but to make a new ticket and the same process happens hence the reason why I have created over 30 tickets, where they are all marked as “solved” so the same process repeats. 
There are people whom get their account back within a day if they are lucky. I am making this post to tell you yes you can be patient and I understand You would worry, that’s understandable. However it’s not about just being patient. Based on my case and the many other people cases I’ve read about and heard from , it’s about if you are lucky or if you’re unlucky. Being patient isn’t the only part. Cause some people would say just wait it takes a while but that’s untrue. Cause I have been waiting so have some others, but then as life go, some people are just lucky enough to get things quicker. I am not even sure if I’m going to get my account back. 

I am worried for some of my friends of my account cause I can see from my friends they showed me that the hacker has my account is still active, same pfp, same username, same bio, in the some of the groups that’s they share with them, but the hacker also tried hacking some of my other accounts. I have over 40 friends on my list plus I’m a lot of groups. I do not want others to be scammed. Especially it’s my account and my own personal info, I don’t like that the hacker can see my personal information and messages, I hate that. And discord still has yet to help me, and it’s been over a month now. 

It really breaks my heart. All I want is for my account to be reverted back to its original emailAnd I know discord can do it, because I have seen it happen for others, they simply just need to look at the proof I provided actually, and they send me the email they have sent others to revert  my account back to it’s original email. And that’s all. Like it’s simple. But while I “patiently wait” the hacker still has my account and it’s unfair. Like I just want some help. I keep begging and being patient. It feels so frustrating, especially because all my tickets are marked as solved without getting help which I need which is to revert my account back. I have no idea what to do. I don’t even have hope anymore, but I’m still holding on cause I want my account back and I don’t want others to get scammed, that’s why I am posting this here. I guess to just explain my case. And if I do get my account back then I’ll update Whomever reads this. And that would mean maybe there is hope for some even if it seems like all is lost.
