DISABLED ACCOUNT PLEASE HELP

Hi so my friend spammed me while i was offline and discord decided to disable my acc for that (how tf is that my fault?). I tried submiting a request but they just won't reply. Is there anything else i can do to get it back? It would be stupid to just loose my acc for such reason.

    I'm not sure, my account got disabled recently an hour ago for changing my pfp and for being a “likely spammer” which i'm not
