Discord disabled my account for something that is their fault, please help

I've been using discord for 4 years, and recently tried logging in this morning. 2FA wasn't working. I tried logging in again and 2FA wasn't working. Then, I got an email to my email account that said that my account was disabled for “spam.” Is the account getting disabled because Discord's 2FA isn't working spam????

Please help - I have all my friends on discord, am part of many servers, and store important messages on discord too. I need my discord account back and have never spammed.

    Im having the same issue - I jokingly said I was 12 (I'm 16) and their “systems” detected that and disabled my account of like 5-6 years old. Its been over a month and like 6 contacts and no response. Not looking great and super unhappy with their support management.

    Thats what happened to me! I tried logging into discord on my iPad and used my 2FA code, then got an email for my account being disabled. Any updates?
