Got hacked and have recieved 0 support despite my mates getting their account back instantly

I got hacked about 4 months ago now, ive been submitting support tickets whenever theyre closed which is usually a couple hours after i open them. 2 of my mates were hacked at the same time by the same exploit, they submitted support tickets and got their accounts back within a day, as for me, “theres nothing we can do” i dont buy it i dont think its fair, its an 8 year old account im supposed to just be like “oh well guess thats it”? despite there being a boat load of comprimising information such as real names and addresses?

    we're the same brother, for me its been 6 months right now. I got hacked by try the game shit, and my email was changed. I have like +10 screenshots that proves everything and massive information. I think Imma give it up
