Account management not knowing what they are doing

Support is trying to tell me to appeal my account, which first off isn’t even banned, only issue is of losing access to 2fa and discord not sending me verification codes to my phone number, and secondly when i try to explain myself more accurately, the ticket getd put on solved.

Great job discord support, your just amazing :)

    I have the same problem and discord not even helping anytime, they are just useless atp and need to take action

    It’s frustrating when Discord support doesn’t address your issue with 2FA and keeps marking your ticket as solved. Their lack of understanding and follow-through is really disappointing.
