Account suspended because of age requirement

Sent proof of my real age 8 days ago with no response after being falsely banned. No E-Mails at all, not even an automated one. How do they have time to ban so many people for no reason but not reinstate them?

    Same here, false suspension 8 days ago as well. I haven't had any response either! Everything online says that I'd get an automated response, but I haven't even had a bot reply. Don't want to make another ticket and flood them, though. 

    At least we're not alone in this..?

    second time - May 17th 2024
    third time - Sep 2th 2024
    I've been banned three times for that. (I'm 24 yrs old)
    LOL 
    And request still no response.
    If you send a letter to a processing department other than Trust and Safety Team
    They will only ask you to show your complaint to the Trust and Safety Team.
