How long did it take you to get a response?

Hi all. I'm curious to hear other people's experiences and see if there's maybe any advice I can get.

I got falsely suspended for mistyping my age (1 and 2 are too close together on the keyboard) in a server without realizing, despite having my account for over 5 years and editing the message after. I made a support ticket 8 days ago with no reply or email, from human or bots. I followed up with a reply 3 days ago too, but nothing yet.

How long did it take you to receive an automated reply, if you got one at all? Did you ever get a human support agent to reply to you?

In the chance an employee sees this, I'd appreciate a reply.

    This has happened to me as well. I made a sarcastic joke on friday about my age and got banned. I sent an appeal and no response.

    i got no human at all over the span of a month and half. but usually automated response after 7-10 minutes

    I haven't even gotten an automated response. I wonder if anyone else is in the same boat as me. Oh well, thank you for your reply!
