    I completely agree with all this, I myself was so tired of it all, I treasured my account and as a result I got blocked for 2 years for 1 meme

    Not cruel?

    I wrote to support that an error had occurred, but bots are infuriating and it is impossible to get through to normal moderation

    Exactly. I got suspended for two years for posting “non-consensual adult content” which was a screenshot of a bot sending said stuff to a server full of MINORS. Not to mention the literal murder photos and video that was posted too. And were the ones getting banned when this crap is happening??


    Edit to add: I sent it privately between some mods and higher ups, mainly for the server owner, not publically at all.

    This is the base for server moderation…..

    But, it seems to me that WE will not wait for a response from real support, since most likely it is disabled (this is just an assumption that I made after reading a large number of responses), I will say clearly, it was very rude of them to do this without notification, but anyway - "Everything has a reason" and this is a situation with a discord support no exception

    they really screwed themselves over how is 15% of 600 people suppose to manage 200 million. support it to make us feel safe and help us when something goes wrong, so who are we supposed to turn to when even they don't help? 

    discord it starting to prove unreliable, even when it comes to deleting personal information.

    For real! The developers need to see this post! Filling this moderation system with bots is so irresponsible!

    They keep asking for my Gmail, even though I've wrote it at the very top of the appeal. 

    I answered them and they literally ignored me for 4-5 days. And they just constantly setting the status to “solved”, when it hasn't been touched!

    This is really unacceptable for me. I hope they hire actual people, at least.

    I usually open another ticket with my old ticket number in it and complain and they usually open it back up with some stock automated response… they even give an automated response when you complain to the BBB! It’s ridiculous!
