Account disabled due to age.

4 days ago my account was disabled. There is a lot of valuable information on the account for me, you have no idea how valuable it is, my whole life is literally there. I don't know why I chose to keep it on Discord, but I regret it. I've been crying non-stop for 3 days now and worrying about my account. I've read a lot of reviews, and 99% of the time support doesn't respond, and if they do, they block the account without the possibility of recovery. I just don't understand why users are treated like this? They asked for my passport - I provided it and have been waiting for an answer for 2 days now, in 10 days I will probably lose my account forever, because people get answers once every two months.
