Got banned for underage
Hey! I got banned like 4 days ago for being ‘underage', when I'm close to 20 xd.
Submitted ticket (even 4 because every time forgot about something like used school legitimation instead of ID, forgot about paper with nickname etc. (I know I'm dumb you don't have to tell me this).
Still got no reply on my ticket, what's the ETA? Will my account get deleted after 14 days, or as long as ticket is open it will be still available?

same issue with me im on day 8 and im pretty sure ur acc gets deleted within 14-30 days but if a ticket is opened it wont delete yet

If you account is disabled it’ll be about two years until deletion from inactivity. unless it’s requested to be deleted it’ll take 14 days. Discord support takes a month or three to even respond, let alone actually help, they are incredibly slow and at that rate just move to a diffrent platform or make an alt
