From new update - obtrusive UI in direct messages

The recent update added multiple changes to the layout of Discord on Desktop PC, one of which is a particular eyesore and doesn't seem to have an option to be hidden.

Feedback is - please add the option to hide or disable the big profile section on the right side of the screen when in a direct message conversation with a single person/friend.
