Direct Message User Limit Increase

I would like to see the number of people allowed in a direct message groups increase. Keep the same cap on number of users in a video call (10), but increase the number of users allowed in the text chat to 15.

    Inter-server staff meetings also often require more than 10 members, but it's excessive to make a new server.
