The best you can do for this is to use OBS and this plugin that allows discord to take OBS as a webcam

would be great! it doesnt need to be perfekt like a twitch/other live stream imo, since i just sometimes want to share my gaming expierience with my friends :)

migush, I just force updated to the same build you are on. What you are displaying is for "Going Live" which does indeed allow both camera and screenshare at the same time. However, this feature request is for using both camera and screen share in a video call (Group DM) which still does not work in build 58439 (3e2271b). You can only stream either camera or screen in a call.

If we could have a way to call every participant with video (like hangout) I wouldn't need to have other tool like skype or hangout (rip :'( )

Migush, which build are you on? As of Stable 58202 (6914c16) you can still only share either camera or screen. Choosing one disables the other and you have only one broadcast window per user connected to the call.

Discord is now just a few steps away from being a proper streaming service. Simultaneous "Turn on Camera" and "Go Live" would bring us one step closer, particularly if the camera can be resized and repositioned.
Add to that a more reliable high quality stream (just to match the quality of streaming directly to Twitch or other platforms), and a way to stream to major streaming services directly, and Discord could become a one stop shop for casual streaming, without any need for dedicated streaming apps like OBS & Streamlabs, or audio routing apps like Voicemeeter & VB (Virtual) Audio Cable.

Well, on a server you can now click the large 'video' and 'go live' buttons in the bottom-left corner of discord and have both enabled. Click the floating player and you should see your camera feed and go live stream as separate boxes.
